Phoned at 17:30 hrs without leaving a message, & received return call at 20:30 hrs with my concern addressed as well as could be expected. Very good response.
Very poor service - non-existent, actually. Left a message re: a plumbing problem, and no return call at all - even to say "I can't make it". Still have the plumbing problem. If you're away or out of business, you could update your voice mail to indicate this!
